We now are learning the basic head construction.

Step 1: draw the skull (use a circle or an oval)-    

Step 2: draw the tilt line. This line shows the direction the cartoon animal is looking -    

Step 3: draw the eye line. On this line we will draw the eyes -    

Step 4: draw the eyes on the eye line -    

step 5: draw the snout. Start between the eyes, where the tilt line meets the eye line -    

Step 6: draw the cheeks. The cheeks also connect to the eye line -
