In this lesson, you will learn to draw a bully cartoon character. To make an bully, remember these rules when drawing.

1. Make the head small and the cheeks and chin huge.

2. Give your character a big upper body

3. Draw the legs short.

4. Finally draw the arms big and strong, and make the hands big.
